How much does construction cost per square foot in Lahore?

Which areas of Lahore do you build in?
DHA, Bahria Town, Johar Town, Gulberg, Model Town, Valencia, Wapda Town, Iqbal Town, Sukh Chayn Gardens, Fazaia Housing Scheme and Cantt. If your area is not listed, message us. We likely still cover it.
What is the difference between grey structure and turnkey?
Grey structure is the bare shell: foundations, columns, slabs, walls and roof, with no finishing. Turnkey means we handle the grey structure and all finishing (plaster, flooring, paint, fixtures, electrical and plumbing) and hand you a ready-to-move building under one contract.
How long does a typical house take to build?
It depends on plot size, design and scope. We give you a realistic schedule in writing with your estimate, and we keep you updated at every stage so there are no silent delays.
